NEW TO U JUMP?
UJUMPis a dynamic and engaging workout that combines rebounding with elements of cardio and strength training. Our innovative rebounders offer a low-impact, high-intensity experience that's suitable for all fitness levels.
STEP 1

STEP 2
Purchase a class
Choose a casual class, membership or class pack that suits you.
STEP 3
Book your first class
Pick a date and time that works for you!
STEP 4
Make sure you get your confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email confirming your spot.
STEP 5
Pack your towel, water bottle & trainers
Note you must be wearing enclosed trainers/sports shoes to participate.
STEP 6
Arrive at class 10- 15 minutes early
Arrive early for your first class so that we can welcome you to U JUMP and give you a brief rundown and
introduce the workout to you.
