Booking, Class & Membership Information
Welcome to the U JUMP community!
We’re thrilled to have you join us for a totally unique and fun fitness experience.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey with U JUMP, please review our booking policies, class information, and membership details.
Booking your U JUMP workout
- EASY ONLINE BOOKING: Reserve your spot in an upcoming U JUMP class through our convenient online booking system, the U JUMP Fitness app, or Eventbrite on the U JUMP Fitness page.
- OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE: Choose from a General Admission ticket or a Double Pass if you’re bringing a friend! Keep an eye out for occasional special tickets, or explore our U JUMP memberships for access to class packs and exclusive discounts.
- MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: U JUMP memberships offer a cost-effective way to enjoy regular classes and become part of our vibrant community. A one-time joining fee of $25 applies, and you can choose from various class pack options to suit your needs. Reach out for more information on our memberships!
Class Information
- ARRIVE EARLY & PREPARED: We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before class to find parking, complete any necessary paperwork, including our U JUMP Public Liability Waiver, and get settled in.
- CLASS TRANSFERS: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your class, simply let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly transfer your booking to another available session.
- MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: For cancellations made within 24 hours of your booked class, we offer the option to transfer your booking to a future class or hold a credit for you. Refunds may be available, subject to a processing fee.
Membership Details
MEMBERSHIP CARDS: U JUMP members receive a digital membership card for easy access to classes and tracking of remaining sessions in your class pack.
CARD REPLACEMENTS: In case of loss or damage, replacement cards can be purchased for $25.
NON-TRANSFERABLE: U JUMP memberships are non-transferable and valid for one person only. Share the U JUMP experience with your friends by inviting them to purchase a single class or join our community with their own membership!
Health & Safety
Your well-being is our top priority. Please review the following to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
- INFORM US OF ANY HEALTH CONCERNS: Kindly inform us of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may affect your participation before attending a class.
- EQUIPMENT USAGE: Our team will provide guidance on proper equipment use before your first class. Always handle equipment with care and ask for assistance if needed.
- RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY: To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave if they engage in unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
WHAT TO BRING
- WATER: Stay hydrated throughout your workout.
- TOWEL: Be prepared for an invigorating sweat session!
- PROPER ATTIRE: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
- SHOES: Sneakers are required for participation to ensure safety during the workout.
