We’re thrilled to have you join us for a fitness experience that’s high-energy, low-impact, and seriously fun. Please take a moment to read through the following booking, class, and membership information to help everything run smoothly.

Booking your U JUMP workout

EASY ONLINE BOOKING

Reserve your spot via our U JUMP Fitness app, the website, or directly through Eventbrite on the U JUMP Fitness page.

OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE

Book a General Admission ticket or bring a friend with a Double Pass! Keep an eye out for special offers or explore our membership options for class packs and exclusive perks.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

U JUMP memberships are a great way to save while staying active. A one-time $35 joining fee applies. Choose from flexible class packs that fit your lifestyle. Reach out for more details!

Class Information

FIRST TIME? ARRIVE EARLY

If it's your first class, please arrive 15–20 minutes early to get familiar with the equipment. Returning jumpers can arrive closer to start time – but we always recommend allowing a few minutes to settle in.

NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll transfer your booking to another session at no cost. We do not offer refunds.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

For cancellations made within 24 hours of your booked class, we offer the option to transfer your booking to a future class or hold a credit for you. Refunds may be available, subject to a processing fee.

Weather Policy & Winter Season Update

We want you to jump safely – rain, hail or shine (well, maybe not hail).

TUESDAY SESSIONS – SCARBOROUGH

These sessions are weather-dependent. U JUMP will not run Tuesday classes in bad weather, including rain, drizzle, high winds, or the risk of storms. If in doubt, check our socials or get in touch before heading down. You’ll be offered a transfer credit, not a refund.

SATURDAY SESSIONS – SCARBOROUGH

In the event of wet weather, Saturday Scarborough sessions will be moved to Glendale Primary School (Hamersley). This venue is fully covered but still open-air, so you’ll stay dry while enjoying fresh air. Location changes will be communicated clearly and as early as possible. No refunds will be given, but we will happily transfer your booking.

Membership Details

MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Members receive a digital card to track sessions and bookings.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

Memberships are for individual use only. But we love meeting your friends – send them a class invite!

CANCELLING LATE?

For cancellations within 24 hours, your session can be transferred or held as credit (subject to policy updates). No refunds are issued.

Health & Safety

Your well-being is our top priority. Please review the following to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Please inform us before class if you have any health concerns or injuries.

EQUIPMENT USE

We’ll guide you through equipment setup and technique, especially in your first class. Always ask questions!

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY

We reserve the right to deny entry or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

WHAT TO BRING

WATER

Stay hydrated throughout your workout.

TOWEL

Be prepared for an invigorating sweat session!

PROPER ATTIRE

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement.

SHOES

Sneakers are required for participation to ensure safety during the workout.
